The villa was stunning, exactly what was advertised. It is in a beautiful setting, especially the sea views. We left late on Sunday and we could stay a little later than the required check out time which was welcomed.
The lagoon is very pretty and great for swimming if you have smaller kids. There are great beaches close by.

We had a beautiful stay at Baladirou Villa in the beginning of October. The setting is heavenly, peaceful and the view is splendid; even better than on the pictures.
The villas are new, luxurious, modern and spacious. The maids are very nice and they keep the villa in an impeccable condition.
The public beach, very calm with few people only, is 30 seconds away and easily accessible. It is recommended to rent a car as the villas are setback but still 5 minutes away from the nearest supermarket and 15 minutes away from the main touristic town of the north of the island.
Finally, we do not consider any other place to spend our holidays when we will be back to Mauritius!

Our stay at Baladirou will always be one of our best holiday memories.
For us, Baladirou means comfort in a beautiful setting. Whether on our balcony or near the pool, the bay of Kalodyne is always breathtaking. The fishermen boats leaving for fishing in the early morning and the splendid sunsets are beautiful, not forgetting the amazing views over the northern islets.
Baladirou is comfortable, peaceful and a magical place.

I recently stayed for 2 wonderful weeks just relaxing and taking in the magnificent location, which I believe is one of the best in the world. Exquisite sunsets by the pool, with breathtaking views of the Coin de Mire.
Serene, peaceful location, great for early morning walks.
The villa fit out is first class, top appliances and very well designed. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and quality linen.

My partner and I had the pleasure of being the first guests to stay in Apartment 1 at Baladirou. The apartment was bright, spacious and airy. We had the most beautiful view across the lagoon to Coin de Mire in the distance and the wide blue ocean beyond. We could never tire of gazing out at all that.
Plus our own pool in front of the apartment and even our own "Treasure Island" where we would walk out (or wade, depending on the tide) each evening. We would certainly recommend Baladirou to any travellers who are looking for a chance to enjoy complete peace and tranquility.
